1. Name & Position

A new business unit was established, named "Erlebniswelt", with a dedicated role as "Experience World Specialist".

2. Infrastructure & Zones

Reorganisation of signage, meeting zones and facilities. Each venue received its own distinct identity and logic.

3. Team & Programmes

Animation team built from scratch. Seasonal experience holiday weeks developed, running year-round every Wednesday and Saturday.

4. Brand World & Story

Mascot concept created, experience world narrative developed, pirate ship Calandia with Churoco Pirate Bar established.

Media presence and visibility

The experience world became a public brand. Dajana Dietrich, as Experience World Specialist, appeared across multiple communication channels — TV, radio, print and online.
