Training and Guidance with Aloha Spirit.

I completed my professional training at the Swiss Academy of Fitness and Sports (SAFS), where I gained a solid foundation in movement science, training methodology, anatomy, coaching, and group instruction.

During the practical examinations, I received the highest rating several times in the category “Fitness Magic” – an award recognizing authentic style, musical interpretation, joy of life, dynamism, and stage presence.

Last year I worked as a trainer at Club La Santa auf Lanzarote– Europe’s leading sports resort.
Here I teach more than 25 programs daily in the areas of strength, mobility, and relaxation, in English and often to audiences of over 150 participants from around the world.

With Moelie, I combine this expertise with enthusiasm: supporting teams and organizations in discovering movement with greater quality and depth.

Childhood

This sense of fulfillment comes from deep within my heart and leads me back to my childhood – to my grandmother’s attic. There, costumes became magical dream worlds that I brought to life in the garden through dance and song.

Today, I feel that same sparkle when I am with children. Their openness, their laughter, and their sense of wonder remind me how limitless life can be.

As a child, I dreamed of standing on a musical stage and designing my own costumes. I’m fascinated by unicorns, in love with Olaf, enchanted by dolphins, inspired by Walt Disney, and drawn to everything that awakens imagination and joy for life. The child within me keeps me young and open to the wonder of everyday moments.

This joy still accompanies me today and shapes my work with children. It reminds me how much magic lies in the little things and how light life can feel when we play, dance, and laugh.
